Community Days are Here!

Southwest is committed not only to improving our customer experience but also improving the Community. Which is why we are introducing Community Days! On a regular basis, we will be picking a Local or National Charity that helps people in the Community and donate a portion of our sales to them.   But we need your help! The more orders placed and the more money spent on Community Days, the more money that Charity will receive. So make sure to sign up for our Newsletter (at the bottom of our homepage or by contacting your sales rep) and follow our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin) in order to be notified when our next Community Day is.  

Our First Community Day will be held on April 22^nd and will be supporting Tree Canada and Nature Conservancy of Canada.

  Tree Canada is an organization that is “… dedicated to planting and nurturing trees in rural and urban environments.”¹ They have “… planted more than 83 million trees.”¹ They have been around since 1992 and have been involved in greening “… more than 700 schoolyards…”¹ Tree Canada also believes in honouring the values “…and have been proud collaborators with First Nation communities…”¹ To learn more about Tree Canada you can visit their website - https://treecanada.ca/.   The Nature Conservancy of Canada is an organization that “…work to identify, plan and execute the protection of the best of Canada’s natural spaces and manage and restore them for the long term.”² Since 1962, the NCC has helped conserve 14 million hectares (or 35 million acres) of economically significant land across Canada³.
