- Remove top cover
- Inspect, clean & lubricate the machine
- Inspect cutting length
- Inspect squareness of back gauge
- Calibrate machine
- Blade change / sharpening
Folder:
- Remove top cover
- Inspect, clean & lubricate the machine
- Check & adjust tension
- Evaluate heat consistency with remote thermometer
- Remove side covers & inspect/lubricate switches
- Inspect timing chain
