Bronze: Standard Southwest Equipment Warranty
- Warranty covers all repairs/service conducted at one of our Southwest Branch Locations
- Includes 1-Year Parts* ~ 6 Months Labour
- Initial diagnosis by a technician or Account Executive within 24 hours
- Repair update within 24 hours of receipt of your equipment in our branch locations.
- Parts are covered under Manufacturer’s Warranties

- On-site repairs within 2 business days**

Platinum: Extended Equipment Warranty
- 2 year service program Covering all parts* and labour

- On-site repairs within 2 business days**

Silver: Customer Care Program
Includes 4 hours of any of the following:
- Training/Demo by Account Executive
- Scheduled preventative maintenance appointments
- On-site* service technician available (1 hour of Travel time will apply)
Customer can choose which services they prefer to add up to the four hours.
If additional hours are required for a major repairs a preferred labour rate of $95.00/hour (instead of the published $200.00/hour) will apply.
All parts required under Silver Warranty program receive a 25% discount.

First hour: $125.00/hour + $75 travel time from within a 75km radius of one of our offices
Sent in to our service centre
First hour: $95.00/hour (shipping not included)
Additional hours: $95.00/hour
